Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, fast-moving Busser to join our team at Nicholas Restaurant. This role plays an important part in keeping the dining room running smoothly and ensuring our guests have a great experience. Bussers help clear and reset tables, assist with water service, and support servers by keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for the next table. The ideal candidate is hardworking, attentive, and comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment. You should be able to stay focused during rushes, communicate clearly with the front-of-house team, and take initiative when things get busy. Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train someone who shows up on time, works with purpose, and takes pride in being a strong support for the team.
