Job Description

AVAILABLE POSITIONS & OVERVIEW
FRONT DESK/HOSTThe front desk staff welcomes members and guests and checks them in for their reservations or adds them to the wait list. The front desk staff also manages the flow of reservations, makes guests comfortable and ensures a steady flow of communication between the front door and the service team. They provide information and assistance in person, over the phone, and through electronic correspondence to general public and members as well as assist in record keeping for the membership program. This is a great role for individuals who enjoy making connections and multitasking.
