Primary focus on floor support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiencesPrioritize restaurant cleanliness standards and uphold expectations of dining room mise en placeFlexibility to take on bar backing duties when neededOpportunity to work Maitre D' shifts as part of a well-rounded team member and have some flexibility in the scheduleEvening shift availability required, specifically Saturday & SundaySupport servers and bartenders to maintain restaurant flow, practicing open and direct communication throughoutAssist with guest needs, table management, and operational tasks

What We're Looking For:

You should have prior restaurant experience and a genuine passion for hospitality. We need someone who is a self-starter, someone who identifies what needs to be done and does it without being asked. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt quickly to changing situations are essential. We are a collaborative team and often times pivot to different roles throughout the week dependent on the needs of our colleagues and service ahead. Evening availability is required for this position.
