In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your exceptional communication skills and dedication to hospitality will ensure that each guest feels valued and well taken care of from the moment they arrive. Duties Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with a warm welcome. Manage the seating chart and ensure efficient table turnover. Communicate wait times accurately to guests and keep them informed. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. Bus dishes and glassware off tables. Assist in putting away bar dishes. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest relations. Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests. Requirements Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask effectively while assisting guests and managing seating arrangements. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a team-oriented environment. •
