• As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Your main duties will include:

• Greeting guests as they arrive and thanking them as they leave
• Managing reservations and seating guests
• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
• Coordinating with the wait staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintaining cleanliness of the dining room
• Working with servers to bus and set tables
• -Requirements
• To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Prior experience in a hospitality or food service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar Point of Sale systems
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with a positive attitude
• Excellent guest relations skills
