Tips included！ We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in the restaurant industry. Strong interpersonal and people skills are a must! Make sure that every guest feels welcomed and has a positive dining experience. Solid organizational skills and the ability to work well with others are a must. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required. Responsibilities Welcome guests Answer incoming calls, take orders, and address customers' queries Package orders in an organized manner Be able to complete all side work needed Assist wait staff as needed Requirements Previous work experience as a Host/Host or Server/Server Demonstrable customer service skills Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
