Job Description

You handle the camera. We handle the rest. Chip Rips is hiring live auction hosts to run daily sports card drops on Whatnot, TikTok, and Fanatics Live. We're a daily live sports card auction operation in Paoli, PA, built by Mark Herm — Philly-born poker pro, 2× WSOP bracelet winner, and 1× WSOP Circuit ring winner. Mark has spent years backing talent and betting on people; he built Chip Rips so hosts have a real operation behind them — inventory, shipping, logistics, and support all handled. You bring the show. This role is sourced and managed by Soter , a talent sourcing company. We run intake to keep your application moving fast and get you straight in front of the Chip Rips team.
Please note:
This is an in-person role in Paoli, PA — not remote. A relocation package is available if you're not already local. What you'll actually do Host daily live sports card auctions on camera (primarily Whatnot, TikTok, and Fanatics Live) Engage the chat, answer questions, and drive bidding energy Follow the show format, run-of-show, and talking points we provide — and adapt on the fly Work evenings and weekends during peak hours Show up in person at the Paoli, PA studio What we need to see in you Strong on-camera presence and sales charisma Comfortable speaking live for extended stretches You read the room — push when chat's hot, light a match when it's cold You take direction, follow a script, and improvise when it counts Knowledge of sports or sports cards is a plus, never a requirement If you've hosted live commerce or a live audience anywhere — Twitch, YouTube, IRL events, podcasting — we want to see it. The pay, no spin $25/hour guaranteed for every scheduled stream, every hour, paid Plus 5% of the profit on every show you run — uncapped, no ceiling Hourly scales up to $75/hour for top performers Top performers have a real path to six-figure monthly sales — and a slice of every dollar of that profit comes back to you The details
