Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Hostess Cashier to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Greet guests with a lively, friendly demeanor, providing exceptional guest services from arrival to departure Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Handle cashier duties including payments, billing, and issuing receipts with professionalism and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized host stand and ensure all guest areas are welcoming and well-presented Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating, wait times, and special requests Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to enhance guest experience Qualifications Prior host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in hospitality, hotel service, or serving roles is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities Join us in delivering memorable experiences for every guest!
