• Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.

As the first point of contact, you will manage guest flow, handle reservations, and coordinate with team members to deliver smooth service. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and hospitality expertise will set the tone for a memorable visit. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism, making them feel valued and comfortable Manage reservation bookings, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Communicate clearly with guests regarding wait times, menu specials, and restaurant policies via phone or in person Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of service Maintain a clean, organized host stand and lobby area that reflects the restaurant's hospitality standards Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with patience and positive problem-solving skills Support guest relations by providing information about menu items, restaurant amenities, and upcoming events Experience Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong background in customer service within restaurant or hospitality settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Experience working in hotel or guest services environments is a plus Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a friendly demeanor Knowledge of hospitality principles and guest relations best practices Join our team to help create memorable experiences for every guest!
