Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly and energetic demeanor, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS system Toast. Maintain clear communication with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about wait times, reservations, and menu details Assist with guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to enhance overall guest relations Keep the host/hostess station organized, clean, and welcoming at all times Support guest seating by managing waitlists and coordinating table turnovers quickly and courteously Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in food service environments, preferably within restaurants or hospitality settings Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast. Experience with Open Table is preferred. Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
