Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable individual to join our team as a Guest Services Host/Hostess. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression Manage guest seating arrangements and assist with reservations . Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive guest experience through effective guest relations and phone etiquette Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area to uphold high standards of hospitality Support serving staff by coordinating table assignments and assisting with guest needs throughout their visit Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to create welcoming interactions Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with guest services and serving procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality that keeps guests coming back!
