Duties Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and assist with seating arrangements or waitlist management Manage reservations efficiently using our Online Reservation system Provide accurate wait times and answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold a welcoming environment Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience Requirements Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to remain energetic, organized, and attentive during busy shifts Join us in creating memorable experiences for every guest!
