Role Snapshot This role hosts events in the following Central Florida areas: Clermont, Leesburg, Orlando, Winter Park, Eustis, Oviedo and Davenport. Love welcoming people and keeping a good vibe? As a Part-Time Event Host , you'll show up and lead pre-planned meetups and light wellness socials (coffee chats, craft nights, beginner-friendly pickleball, walks, chair-friendly movement, etc.). You won't plan events—that's handled by our team. Your job is to lead the event , support check-in, coordinate the attendee list with staff before each event, and upload a few photos/videos after. Most shifts are evenings/weekends , both indoors and outdoors . What You'll Do (No Planning) Host pre-scheduled events: welcome guests, set the tone, lead simple icebreakers, keep things on track Coordinate attendee list before each event with staff (RSVPs, waitlist confirmations, reminders) Support check-in and waivers; answer basic "where/when/what to bring" questions Encourage friendly participation (new-member intros, light group activities) Capture and upload quick photos/videos to our social channels or shared folder the same day Provide short attendance notes/feedback after each event Comfortable hosting indoors & outdoors (cafés, studios, parks, pavilions) You Are A warm, confident people-person who helps strangers feel at home Reliable and professional; you show up early and prepared Calm, upbeat mic-leader energy (can guide a group without being pushy) Tech-savvy with a smartphone (texts, GPS, QR codes, quick photo/video uploads) Comfortable working Thu-Sun evenings/weekends (with some flexibility) Able to lift/carry ~20-25 lbs for light setup (signs, name tags, water station) Have reliable transportation; willing to serve multiple nearby counties (mileage policy per company guidelines) Nice to Have (Preferred, Not Required) Experience hosting meetups, tours, hospitality, fitness/wellness, or community programs Basic first aid/CPR Schedule & Hours Part-time, up to 20 hours/week Heaviest needs: Thu-Sun , primarily evenings (some daytime events) You'll receive your schedule in advance; events are pre-planned by our team Pay & Perks Hourly pay for on-site hosting plus paid pre-event coordination time Attendance/member-goal event bonuses Training, scripts, and hosting playbooks provided Fun, social work that makes a real difference for women in your community

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): This role requires reliable availability Wednesday-Friday between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM and Saturdays and Sundays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Most events are approximately 1.5 hours, with an additional 2 hours for preparation, hosting, and post-event wrap-up. Are you able to meet this availability requirement? The base pay for this position is $23-$25 per hour (based on experience), plus bonus opportunities. We are not able to offer a higher hourly rate at this time.
