No Job Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude Seat guests efficiently and comfortably in the dining area Answer phone calls and assist with to-go orders and guest inquiries Manage server rotation and table assignments fairly Ensure all guests are greeted promptly and professionally Set and reset tables as needed Help rearrange the dining room to accommodate large parties and special events Maintain cleanliness of the host stand, lobby, and restrooms at all times Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service Qualifications Reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Benefits Employee discount Supportive team environment Growth opportunities within the company Join the Honey Berry team and help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest!
