About the Role We're looking for a charismatic on-camera host to be the face of our brand on TikTok Live. You'll go live daily, sell in real time, build an audience, and create the short-form content that drives our growth. If you love being on camera, think fast on your feet, and know how to turn viewers into buyers, this is your role. What You'll Do Host daily TikTok livestreams (~3-5 hours, depending on how the live performs) Create and post ~3 videos/day (~90/month) across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Experiment with content styles and ride trends — our videos don't use licensed music, so creativity comes from you (sound effects are allowed) Engage and grow our audience across every platform Track what's working and double down on it What You Can Earn This role rewards performance. Our TikTok Shop lives typically generate $200-$300/hour in sales , and a sharp, engaging host can drive a lot more depending on the day, the hours, and how creatively you work the audience. You earn 5% commission on every live sale on top of your base — so the better you perform, the more you take home. The ceiling is yours to set. What We're Looking For Proven experience making short-form video — portfolio or active accounts to show Genuinely creative, especially without leaning on trending audio Comfortable and confident on camera, including live Fast, self-directed, and reliable (you don't need hand-holding) Local to NY/NJ and able to commute to our Clifton office daily Nice to Have Experience with TikTok Shop, live selling, or food/snack content Light editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
