The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service by seating guests, taking orders on a pos and delivering food promptly and accurately from the pizza station to guests' tables. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in hospitality, guest relations, and the food service industry. Prior experience in host/hostess roles, food service, or restaurant environments is a plus, along with strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude. The selected cand will work closely with staff, and management to create a memorable dining experience for all guests. Great for high school/college student Duties Deliver prepared food orders from to guests' tables efficiently and accurately Greet and seat guests. Take customer and phone orders at pos Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status or special requests Use POS to enter orders when needed Support guest relations by providing courteous and attentive service throughout the dining experience Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction skills

MUST BE OUTGOING & FRIENDLY

Strong work ethic Requirements Previous experience in host/host roles, food service, or restaurant environments preferred will train right candidat. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and team members Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in guest services, serving, or hotel operations is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts as needed No face, tattoos gauges or facial piercings. Candidate must be clean, cut, professional, no fingernail polish hair must always be up.
