As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, ensuring smooth seating operations, answering guest questions and taking to go orders over the phone. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help foster positive guest relations and contribute to a lively, hospitable environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and hospitality skills while working in a dynamic team setting. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude to make them feel welcome Using Toast POS system to enter to go orders. Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information about wait times, reservations, events and menu Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area and waiting area Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is preferred but not required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join our team and be part of an energetic environment where your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will shine!
