• LEGAMI is seeking an experienced Lead Host to work at our Charleston location Located in the heart of downtown Charleston, Legami offers the simplicity of Italian cuisine in the fine dining Italian culture and a high-end VIP clientele, we are searching for an exceptionally friendly, upbeat, creative, sales driven, and organized lead host who has the passion for elevating every customer's dining experience!

Job Description:

Assist in continuous staff training and execution, as well as manage daily operations to support upper management. The lead host will report directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years in a management or supervisory role preferably in a full-service restaurant and/or high-volume dining setting
• Confident with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience in interacting with a high-end VIP clientele preferred
• High level of Communications with a patience level for continuously changing variables
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to make decisions quickly under pressure
• Friendly, upbeat personality with a passion for food and service
• Must have strong work ethic and attention to detail, be extremely organized, and pride yourself on keeping all things tidy like a well-oiled machine.
• Must have ability to think ahead, be an extreme multi-tasker and work to support your teammates as well as the daily clientele
• Come to work with a positive, can do attitude, even in high stress situations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Holidays, weekends and late nights
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.
