LOVELO LOVELO

is a self-guided e-bike experience designed to help people explore cities more intentionally. Through immersive storytelling, GPS-guided routes, and sustainable transportation, we help visitors discover hidden gems, local culture, and authentic experiences at their own pace. We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and outgoing Adventure Host & Content Creator to help deliver exceptional guest experiences while creating engaging social media content that showcases Charleston and the LOVELO experience. This is a unique opportunity to work outdoors, meet travelers from around the world, develop customer service skills, and gain hands-on experience creating content for social media. What You'll Do As an Adventure Host & Content Creator, you'll serve as one of the first points of contact for LOVELO guests. You'll welcome riders, help them get started on their adventure, and capture memorable moments throughout their experience.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome guests at Patriots Point and provide a friendly, professional introduction to LOVELO Assist guests with e-bike setup and safety basics Guide guests through the LOVELO app and answer questions before departure Ensure guests feel confident and excited before beginning their ride Capture photos and short-form video content throughout the guest experience Edit and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms Visit key tour locations to photograph and film riders during their experience Meet guests upon their return and help ensure they had an exceptional experience Represent the LOVELO brand with enthusiasm and professionalism A Typical Shift A typical shift may involve welcoming multiple tour groups throughout the day, helping guests get set up on their e-bikes, taking group photos before departure, meeting riders at key locations along their route to capture additional content, and greeting them when they return. Some groups may require extensive content coverage, while others may only need onboarding and support.

What We're Looking For Required:

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people Weekend availability Comfortable riding an e-bike Reliable transportation to Patriots Point in Mount Pleasant Self-motivated, dependable, and organized Comfortable using a smartphone for photography and video Based in the Charleston area

Preferred:
