Host

Takes reservations and checks table reservation schedules. Receives/greets and seats members and guests. Escalates complaints concerning food, beverages, or service to Dining Room Manager. Completes side work and cleaning as assigned, per the schedule. Participate in inventory of silverware, coffee items and other equipment as directed. Makes food and drink recommendations to members during seating. Inspects dining room to ensure proper maintenance of a clean and orderly area. Inspects dining room and food pick-up areas for sanitation and safety concerns. Assists with service of food and beverages when needed. Assists with table clearing and resetting as needed.

Education:

High school. Must be available to schedule on nights and weekends and have reliable attendance record. Should utilize good communication skills and be able to work well independently or with a team. Greets and seats guests. Supports member reservations and updates reservation system. Completes side work and all other duties as assigned.
