On The Border has been providing great service in a fun, team environment for over thirty years. We are seeking fun, talented Team Members to join our team!

POSITION SUMMARY

Host/Hostesses work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver a fantastic dining experience to our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets guests in a friendly and inviting manner Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion Advise guests of current specials, new menu items, promotions and Club Cantina Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations Clear, clean and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest Always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 16 years of age Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers in
