Overview Join our vibrant team as a Host/Front of House, where your energy and hospitality skills will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and assist with seating arrangements or waiting list management Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently using our ticketing and POS systems. Provide accurate information about shows, menu offerings, specials, and policies to enhance guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries professionally, handle reservations, and coordinate guest flow seamlessly Maintain cleanliness and organization at the entry, restrooms, and waiting areas to ensure a welcoming environment Support guests by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Collaborate with team members to manage guest flow during busy periods and uphold high standards of hospitality Skills Prior experience as a Host or in a front-of-house role within food service or hospitality settings preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Knowledge of restaurant POS systems is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience in restaurant, hotel, or guest services environments is a plus, demonstrating versatility in guest relations Familiarity with serving procedures, ticketing, guest services, and hospitality best practices This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a lively environment.
