Part-Time Tasting Room Associate (Wine Experience Host) Woodfeather Farm Winery & Vineyard - Chapel Hill, TN Love wine, people, and creating memorable experiences? We're looking for a friendly, energetic Tasting Room Associate to join our team at Woodfeather Farm Winery & Vineyard. This is more than a serving role—you'll be the face of our tasting room, guiding guests through our wines and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

Lead guests through wine tastings and share the story behind our wines Serve wine flights and assist guests at the bar and tables Create a relaxed, engaging, and memorable experience for every visitor Operate POS and handle transactions Support events, availability on Wed- Friday 2 pm-8 pm, weekend service availability, and special experiences Help with opening/closing, setup, and cleanup

What We're Looking For:

21+ with prior food & beverage or hospitality experience Outgoing, personable, and confident talking with guests Interest in wine (no expertise required—we'll teach you!) Reliable and team-oriented Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Compensation & Perks:
