Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to optimize seating flow and guest experience Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills Maintain cleanliness of the host stand area and ensure all guest areas are welcoming and organized Requirements Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred Strong communication skills with an energetic, friendly demeanor Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and hospitality standards Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required Must be able to stand, walk, and move comfortably for extended periods This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a lively hospitality setting.
