In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing seating arrangements and cashier responsibilities. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of our establishment Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and taking reservations as needed Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and resolving concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction Support team members during busy periods by providing excellent guest relations and service assistance Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or cashier in a food service or restaurant setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving procedures, and hospitality standards Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
