Your Team This role sits within Bolt Farm's Guest Experience function inside Ops Co, the live-delivery engine that helps turn the brand promise into a real on-property experience. This team supports arrival, front-desk interaction, wow moments, guest coordination, and execution details that shape how each stay feels from beginning to end. It is a highly visible team where polish, readiness, and follow-through matter. The right person will join a group that directly influences guest trust, emotional tone, and the overall quality of the stay through disciplined, high-touch execution. Your Role As Front Desk Host, you help create the first and last impression of the Bolt Farm experience. You welcome guests warmly, guide smooth check-in and check-out, respond to requests with care and urgency, and help make each stay feel thoughtful, personal, and well-run. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who is comfortable owning details in real time. You will work across front desk, guest support, on-site coordination, and service recovery to help ensure guests feel cared for, informed, and delighted throughout their stay. Responsibilities Welcome guests on arrival and deliver smooth, polished check-in and check-out experiences Answer guest questions, provide property guidance, and help coordinate recommendations, reservations, and other stay-related requests Support thoughtful guest interactions that make the experience feel personal, warm, and memorable Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally, escalating when needed to protect trust and overall experience Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, spa, inventory, and other on-site teammates to help keep stays seamless Support on-site events, dining experiences, and special moments through setup, breakdown, and real-time guest assistance Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready front desk and surrounding guest-facing areas Help manage merch and front-desk inventory and support rebooking or add-on conversations when appropriate Minimum Requirements 1+ year of experience in a front desk, guest services, concierge, hospitality, or other customer-facing service role Experience working in an on-site, service-based environment where real-time guest support and problem solving were part of the job Comfort using Google Workspace and cloud-based systems for communication, coordination, and daily task management Experience supporting check-in/check-out, guest requests, reservations, or similar front-of-house workflows Ability to work onsite at Bolt Farm Treehouse in Whitwell, Tennessee Nice to Have Experience in boutique, luxury, wellness, or other high-touch hospitality environments Experience giving property tours or delivering concierge-style recommendations and local guidance Experience supporting on-site events, dining experiences, or special guest moments Experience with retail, merch, rebooking, or light upsell/add-on conversations Food and beverage experience
