What You'll Be Doing:
Our Hosts begin and end every Guests' experience that comes to one of our establishments. You will give a warm welcome to every Guest and seat parties ready to go to their table You will operate OpenTable Guest Center, manage the waitlist, & confirm reservations. You communicate concerns to the Manager on Duty as appropriate. You're quick to answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls accordingly. You assist the FOH staff by helping fellow associates and managing the flow of the seating chart.What We Need From You:
You have 1 year of hosting experience under your belt. You're friendly, caring, and have a proactive attitude that's ready to work and greet people with a smile. You're able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. You may be eligible to receive a higher rate of pay if you are proficient in OT Guest Center. We need host/hostess help for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Open availability is preferred. You have a strong dedication to learning and providing true hospitality.
