This role serves as the primary point of contact for party guests, ensuring events run smoothly from setup to cleanup. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, outgoing, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This position is tip eligible. Create an exceptional experience for our guests, they reward accordingly. Key Responsibilities Welcome and check in party guests upon arrival Lead party activities, games, or event timelines Serve food, beverages, and cake as needed Assist with decorations and party setup/cleanup Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times Coordinate with team members to keep events running smoothly Communicate with parents/party organizers regarding schedule and needs Maintain a clean, organized party area Provide an enthusiastic and engaging experience for children and guests Qualifications High school diploma or currently enrolled (preferred) Previous experience working with children or in hospitality (preferred) Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Available to work weekends and flexible hours Key Skills Customer service excellence High energy and enthusiasm Organization and time management Teamwork Problem-solving Attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable engaging in active, high-energy environments What Makes a Great Party Host?
