Responsibilities consist of serving alcohol bottles and mixers to VIP guests during the time we switch over to late night, providing a premium, high-touch customer experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, mixing drinks, presenting bottles with flair, upselling additional services, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of VIP areas. Key responsibilities Serve VIP guests:

Provide personalized service by taking orders, mixing drinks, and presenting bottles of liquor or champagne.

Upsell and promote:

Engage with customers to upsell premium bottles, services, and additional menu items, aiming to boost sales.

Manage tables and VIP areas:

Keep tables stocked with necessary supplies like mixers, ice, and glasses, and ensure the area is clean and organized.

Enhance the guest experience:

Create a lively atmosphere and provide a memorable experience, which may include special presentations like sparklers.

Collaborate with staff:

Work with other team members, such as management, security, and kitchen staff, to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all guests.
