Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage waiting lists and reservations using the restaurant's reservation system. Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus. Monitor the dining area to ensure efficient table turnover and guest flow. Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and waiting area. Collaborate with servers, bussers, and management to ensure timely seating and service. Handle guest inquiries and address any immediate concerns or special requests. Answer phone calls in a courteous and helpful manner.
