Host/Hostess - Be the Face of Exceptional Hospitality! As a Host/Hostess , you are the first and last impression of our restaurant. You set the tone for a welcoming, memorable dining experience by greeting guests warmly and ensuring smooth seating and service. What You'll Do:
Welcome guests with a warm smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting Manage seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Communicate with servers and managers to accommodate large parties and special requests Assist with waitlists and reservation management Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate wait time estimates Address guest concerns professionally, always keeping hospitality first Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
