Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists with enthusiasm and professionalism Assist guests in seating arrangements, ensuring smooth flow during busy periods Handle all cashier transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, ensuring a welcoming environment Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions about the menu or restaurant policies Manage phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls as needed Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences and uphold hospitality standards Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in hospitality, hotel services, or guest relations is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of serving and food service operations enhances guest interactions Prior experience with phone etiquette and guest services helps ensure smooth communication Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
