You will ensure a safe, clean, fun, and engaging environment for children and their families. You will supervise play areas, assist with birthday parties and events, maintain cleanliness standards, and provide excellent customer service to all guests. Duties Monitor children at play to ensure safety, enforce rules, and intervene when necessary to prevent accidents or injuries. Greet guests warmly, provide information about play zones, activities, and facility rules. Set up, host, and clean up after parties. Create a fun and welcoming party atmosphere. Set up balloon garlands and decorative displays to enhance the party space. Engage with children and ensure a memorable party experience. Keep play equipment and playground is clean and sanitized throughout the day. Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures, report hazards or incidents to management immediately. Work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth and welcoming environment. Operate POS system, handle admissions and merchandise sales.

Qualifications:

Passion for working with children and families Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and responsible in a busy environment Basic cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus Most be 17years and older Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
