We are looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members who love working with children and families in a fast-paced, fun environment. This is a flexible role that includes front desk responsibilities, party hosting, café support, and general guest experience. ResponsibilitiesParty Host Set up and reset party rooms Welcome birthday families and guests Assist with party activities and celebrations Serve food and beverages during parties Coordinate cake cutting and special moments Ensure parties run smoothly and on schedule Help clean and prepare rooms for the next event Front Desk & Guest Services Greet guests and check them in Answer basic questions about admissions, memberships, and parties Process admissions and purchases through the POS system Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area Assist families throughout their visit Café Support Learn basic coffee, matcha, tea, smoothie, and café beverage preparation Maintain cleanliness and organization of café areas Follow food safety and cleanliness standards General Team Member Duties Monitor play areas for cleanliness and safety Assist with daily cleaning and closing tasks Help during special events and activities Wear WonderKids mascot costume on an as-needed basis for birthday celebrations, special events, and guest interactions Support other team members wherever needed Qualifications Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality Comfortable working with children and families Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds Weekend availability preferred Preferred Experience Customer service Hospitality or restaurant experience Birthday parties, camps, childcare, or family entertainment Coffee shop or café experience (not required) Schedule & Pay Part-time Flexible scheduling Weekend availability required Starting at $12/hour up to $16, depending on experience Opportunities for advancement as WonderKids grows Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who brings positive energy, enjoys working with families, and is excited to help create memorable experiences for children.
