Job Description
Do you love meeting new people and creating memorable guest experiences? Barons Creek Vineyards is looking for a friendly, energetic Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our Granbury tasting room. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making every guest feel special from the moment they walk through the door. What You'll Do Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome Manage guest flow and seating throughout the tasting room Assist with reservations, waitlists, and special events Provide guests with information about tastings, wine club benefits, and winery experiences Support the tasting room team to ensure exceptional guest service Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment Assist with opening and closing duties as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Previous hospitality, restaurant, winery, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Part-time position Evening and weekend availability is required Holiday availability may be required during peak seasons Pay & Perks $18.00 per hour Employee discounts on wine and merchandise Wine education and training opportunities Fun, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a growing Texas winery About Barons Creek Vineyards Barons Creek Vineyards is one of Texas' fastest-growing winery brands, offering award-winning wines and unforgettable hospitality experiences.
