As a key member of our hospitality team, you will manage guest seating, handle cashier responsibilities, and deliver exceptional customer service that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their visit Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow and reduce wait times Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and swiftly Handle cashier duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area to uphold high standards of hospitality Assist with phone etiquette by answering reservation calls clearly and courteously, providing information about the menu or wait times Requirements Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members Experience with restaurant POS systems is highly desirable Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest relations and serving experience is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster guest loyalty Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles enhances your fit for this energetic position Join us to be part of an exciting team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
