We are set apart from any regular chocolate-provider with a 1-2 punch of using specialized technique hardly found in the US and a speakeasy for chocolate and cocktail pairings. Based in Houston, yet knowing expansion will come quickly, Case Chocolates will bring joy to all that come across it from our unique tasting experiences, one-of-a-kind pairings, and flavors never seen before, all through our key offering: liquid-center chocolates. As a Host you are the first point of contact for every guest, whether answering the phone, welcoming them at the door, or guiding them through our experience. This hybrid role blends hospitality, organization, and service . You'll manage reservations, serve chocolates and cocktails, reset and maintain the front of house, and support the team wherever needed. This is an ideal role for someone who leads with warmth, adapts quickly, and thrives in beautiful, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and presence Manage and organize reservations (online and via phone) Answer phones and provide clear, helpful guest communication both written and verbal Serve chocolates and cocktails with polish and care Reset tables and maintain a pristine front-of-house environment Support setup and cleaning of the host stand, entrance, and tasting tables Jump in to support teammates with prep, service, or breakdown when needed Maintain a calm, confident presence under pressure Contribute to a welcoming, 5-star guest experience at every touchpoint What We're Looking For Prior hospitality or customer service experience Strong phone etiquette and guest communication skills Warm, organized, and detail-oriented personality Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, intimate service setting Curiosity about chocolate, cocktails, and guest experience design Must be available evenings (Wed-Sat); consistent attendance is essential Why Work with CASE?
