JOB SUMMARY
The Host II is responsible for assisting the Sales function by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support.
FULL TIME
(40 hours/week): This is a full-time position requiring 30 or more hours per week. Regular schedule and availability during core business hours are expected.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to office. Maintain sales center and model park appearance and upkeep. Distribute current marketing collateral and price lists to guests. Make appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant and provide community leads/updates. Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms. Assist HOA Community Manager and Lifestyle Director as needed. Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website. Manage all incoming leads and follow up for the community. Additional administrative projects requested by management including but not limited to data entry, filing, mailing, scheduling, phones and office supplies. Other duties as assigned.
