Howdy y'all!
Josephine's Gulf Coast Tradition is searching for an experienced hospitality professional to join our host team.
As a member of our host team, we expect you to be able to greet guests warmly and professionally, multitask proficiently as part of a small and close-knit team, and act as a steward of Josephine's to all the first timers you encounter. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure service runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible and will be expected to run the board and make sound decisions with confidence and grace to the team.
Previous hosting experience and proficiency in Resy and Toast is required. Looking for full or part-time, we're open every day for lunch and dinner and all day on weekends. Sunday and Monday availability mandatory. Pay dependent on experienceWe are a small space and work together tightly and maintain a high level of respect and professionalism for ourselves and others. We'll provide staff meal every day along with employee discounts.
