Someone with experience in customer service who can answer any and all guest concerns regarding the daily breakfast menu items. Duties Greet guests warmly as they enter the cafeteria, providing a friendly first impression. Provide information about menu items and restaurant policies to guests. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and other common areas. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain the breakfast area stocked at all times. Make a list of the breakfast items that need to be replenished at the end of the week, Experience Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cafe or kitchen operations. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members. A passion for customer service and a commitment to creating exceptional dining experiences are crucial for success in this role.
