The Role As a Guest Assistant, you are the engine of the restaurant's flow. Your primary goal is to support the service team and ensure our "stage" is always ready for the next guest's arrival.
Key Responsibilities:
Stage Maintenance:
Rapidly clear and reset tables according to our quality standards to ensure minimal wait times for our guests.
Team Support:
Proactively assist servers by refilling water, pre-bussing, and running "Team Sport" errands like grabbing extra napkins or condiments.
Environment Control:
Monitor the dining room, restrooms, and floors to ensure every inch of our restaurant reflects our commitment to an extraordinary experience.
Result-Driven Efficiency:
Work closely with the Host/Carry-Out Specialist to prioritize table turns during the peak breakfast and lunch rush. Qualifications The "Team Sport"
