• We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Responsibilities
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
• Provide guests with menus and relay any specials or promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Support other staff members as needed to provide excellent service
• Experience
• Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food service industry practices is a plus
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is advantageous
• Strong guest relations skills and the ability to handle various situations with tact
• Proficient in phone etiquette and reservation management
