- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide menus and assist with any initial inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages when needed
- Handle phone calls and take reservations
- Collaborate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Point of Sale systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure and help create a positive dining experience
