Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide excellent customer service Process admissions, waivers, and purchases Handle cash and card transactions accurately Explain membership options and encourage guests to join Answer guest questions and assist with check‑in Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Help create a welcoming experience that builds guest loyalty

Lead birthday parties from start to finish Greet families and manage party flow Serve food, organize activities, and ensure guests feel celebrated Communicate with parents and provide excellent service Share membership benefits with families when appropriate Maintain cleanliness in party rooms and prep areas Help create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits
