General Manager ⸻ Position Summary The Hostess at Sin Yolanda is the face of the restaurant and sets the tone for the entire guest experience. This role is responsible for creating a warm, sophisticated, and memorable first impression while managing guest flow with precision and professionalism. We are seeking a poised, confident, and hospitality-driven individual who thrives in a high-energy, upscale dining environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage reservations and walk-in traffic efficiently. Accurately quote wait times and maintain organized waitlists. Escort guests to tables while introducing the dining experience. Thank guests sincerely upon departure. Floor & Service Coordination Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management. Monitor table status and turnover to optimize seating flow. Assist with VIP guests and special requests. Support private events and peak service periods. Brand Representation Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with Sin Yolanda's brand. Be knowledgeable about the menu, featured dishes, and signature cocktails. Promote events, specials, and curated experiences confidently. Operational Duties Answer phone calls professionally and manage reservations. Keep the entrance and host stand clean and organized. Ensure menus are presentable and updated. Notify management of any guest concerns or operational issues. ⸻ Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
