Role:

Bounce N Play is looking for upbeat, friendly, and dependable individuals to join our team as Birthday Party Hosts! As the face of our parties, you'll be responsible for making each celebration effortless and unforgettable for families and children ages 10 and under. You'll help set up, host, and clean up birthday parties while making sure every detail is handled with care and fun is always front and center.

Job Duties Include:

Greeting party families and guests with warmth and enthusiasm Assisting with unloading, decorating, and setting up the party area Reviewing the party itinerary and agreement with families Maintaining a smooth flow of the party: communicating timing, leading cake cutting, and serving food Helping families pack up and exit with ease Ensuring party areas stay clean, tidy, and ready for the next celebration Jumping in to monitor the playground or help with light cleaning during party downtimes Upholding Bounce N Play's high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest service

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, childcare, or event hosting is a plus—but not required! Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (our busiest party days) and deep clean shifts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with children and families Comfortable helping with social media and appearing on our socials We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Is outgoing, friendly, and loves working with kids Takes initiative and stays engaged throughout the shift Communicates clearly and professionally with guests and teammates Pays attention to details and is proactive about cleanliness and presentation Has reliable transportation and shows up on time, ready to work

Dress Code & Requirements:

Hosts wear a solid black shirt (no graphics), jeans or joggers, and close-toed shoes Name badge, fanny pack full of hosting supplies, and a friendly attitude are always required!
