Restaurant Host/Hostess

Duties Greet guests promptly with a warm, genuine smile and positive attitude Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations Assist guests with special requests and accommodate seating preferences whenever possible Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service during busy hours Qualifications Prior experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant or food service environment preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills Previous restaurant experience, including hotel or hospitality roles, is advantageous Join our team and be part of an energetic environment where your hospitality skills make every guest's visit memorable!
