Job Overview Sapporo Izakaya is seeking a poised and welcoming Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role sets the tone for the dining experience by providing warm hospitality, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and organized flow of service.

Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with a warm, professional, and attentive demeanor Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently Escort guests to their tables and present menus with proper introduction Communicate clearly with servers and management to maintain service flow Monitor dining room activity to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and special requests with professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Polished appearance and professional attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
