RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide customers through the purchasing process and provide follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction. Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and key differentiators. Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

Be open to ongoing training and development through our comprehensive sales training program. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Maintain a professional appearance with appropriate attire. Apply basic math skills in handling transactions and calculations. Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the overall success of the store. Demonstrate proficiency in computer-based systems. Have a minimum of two years of sales experience in dynamic industries such as high-end retail, cellular, automotive, cosmetics, or jewelry sales, where customer engagement and relationship building are key.
