Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service. This Job will be weekends and holidays (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays.Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
- Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Packing Togo orders accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of food service operations
